This matter was adjourned from time to time to enable Mr. Pawar, learned AGP to make a statement as to whether the issue involved in this Petition is similar to the one involved in WP 4854 of 2017 and connected matters. This was because the learned Counsel for the Petitioner had relied upon an interim order made in WP No. 4854 of 2017 and was pressing for interim reliefs based on the same.

Mr. Pawar, states that the issue is similar. Accordingly, consistent with the order made by the co-ordinate Bench on

907-WP-7018-24.DOCX 11 August 2021 admitting WP No. 4854 of 2017 and connected Petitions, we issue rule in this Petition. 4.

Consistent with the interim relief granted by order dated 11 August 2021, even in this case, pending the final disposal of this Petition, we direct the concerned Respondents to pay the Petitioners in terms of the decision dated 01 January 2016 read with the agreement dated 29 August 2016 within eight weeks from today. This direction is without prejudice to the rights and contentions of both the parties.

The compliance report must be filed by the concerned Respondents by 31 July 2025 for directions.

List this Petition along with WP No. 4854 of 2017. (Jitendra Jain, J) (M.S. Sonak, J)
