The learned Advocate has placed on record a copy of the letter dated 11/02/2025 addressed to the Petitioner wherein he has shown his intention to withdraw his appearance from the present petition . He has also annexed postal acknowledgment receipt which shows that the said letter was duly received by the petitioner. The said letter dated 11/02/2025 alongwith postal acknowledgement receipt are marked as "A" for the purpose of identification.

As there is due compliance on the part of the learned Advocate, Ajit Wishwanath Alange, Advocate is hereby discharged from the present

petition as an advocate for the petitioner by virtue of the powers conferred upon the Registrar under Chapter II Rule 3 sub-rule (n) of the Bombay High Court Appellate Side Rules, 1960.
