The Petitioner claims to have been orally terminated in April 2022. His school is covered by the Maharashtra Employees of Private Schools (Conditions of Service) Regulation Act, 1977 (MEPS Act). 2.

In view of the above, the learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits on instructions that he would prefer an appeal along with an application for condonation of delay, under Section 9 of the MEPS Act, before the appropriate forum.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off. If the Petitioner avails of a remedy under Section 9 of the MEPS Act, the time spent by the Petitioner in this Court from 21st December, 2022 till the Gitalaxmi
