By this writ petition the petitioner has assailed the inter locutory order dated 06.10.2023, passed by the Deputy Director of Land Record, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, in Appeal No.747/2023 by which the order impugned before the said authority has been stayed.

Considering the fact that the substantive appeal filed by the respondents in which the impugned order has been passed is pending before the Appellate Authority, it would be appropriate to

2 931.WP.7068.24.odt direct the said appellate authority i.e. Deputy Director of Land Record, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, to dispose of the pending Appeal No.747/2023, as expeditiously as possible, and in any case within a period of three (3) months from today. With this direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
