Ms. Punghera, the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner is challenging the order dated 6th January, 2023 ( below Exhibit 14) passed by the Judge Family Court, Bandra in Petition No. A-2017 of 2016, only to the extent of grant of maintenance to the Respondentwife. 2.

It is also submitted that the wife is employed in the Shivaji University, Kolhapur, and is able to maintain herself. KARTIKEYA
