The learned counsel for the Petitioner undertakes to serve a copy of this Petition without prejudice to his contention that such copy was already served earlier to Mr. A.I. Patel, Addl. G.P latest by 17 September 2025. 4.

The learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the only relief in this petition is for a direction on the Respondent No.1 to decide the Petitioner's representations dated 1 June

Accordingly, we direct the Respondent No.2 to decide above representations as expeditiously as possible and in any event within four months from the date of uploading of this order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the Petitioner and the parties against whom the Petitioner has made the complaint. A reasoned decision must be communicated to the Petitioner and such parties within this period of four months. 6.

We clarify that we have not examined allegations in the petition or in the representations and therefore, all contentions of all parties are left open to be decided by the Collector, in the first instance.

This Petition is disposed of in the above terms without any order of costs. All concerned to act upon an authenticated copy of this order.
