Rule. The Additional Government Pleader waives notice for the respondents.

The prayer made by the petitioner is for expeditious consideration of the application seeking grant of permission to sell land bearing gat no.80 admeasuring about 0.75R at village Tava, Taluka Dahanu, District Thane. This application has been made on 12/07/2023 by the respondent no.3, before the Collector. The petitioner who intends to purchase the aforesaid land has filed this writ petition.

In aforesaid facts, the Writ Petition is disposed of by directing respondent nos.1 and 2 to consider the application moved by the respondent no.3 dated 12/07/2023 and decide the same in accordance with law within a period of three months of receiving copy of this order. 4.

Rule is disposed of in aforesaid terms.
