The Petitioner will have to first approach the Respondent Nos. 4 to 9 with the said prayer so that the Respondent Nos. 4 to 9 can have an opportunity to examine and take corrective steps if the Petitioner is entitled to or if the Petitioner is not entitled to, then pass a reasoned order. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner will apply to Respondent Nos. 4 to 9 with the prayers in this Petition. The
