The proposal tendered by the Management on 13th December, 2022, seeking approval to the appointment of the Petitioner on the post of Assistant Teacher, is pending decision with Respondent No.2.

The learned Additional G.P. submits that if all the deficiencies have been removed by the Management, the proposal would be decided within a period of 45 days from today. If the
deficiencies are still on the proposal, the Management would be called upon to remove the deficiencies.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off with the following directions :
(a) If there are any deficiencies in the proposal, Respondent No.2 would communicate the deficiencies to the Management on its Email address, within a period of 7 working days from today.
(b) Such deficiencies shall be removed by the Management within a period of 15 working days, thereafter and resubmit the revised proposal.
(c) After receiving the revised proposal, Respondent No.2 would pass a reasoned order within a period of 30 days and communicate the order to the Management on its Email address.
(d) If there are no deficiencies in the proposal or if the deficiencies have been earlier pointed out and the Management has already removed the deficiencies, Respondent No.2 would
pass a reasoned order on the proposal within a period of 45 days from today, and communicate the said order to the Management on its Email address.
