It is seen that in proceedings filed under Section 17 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002, the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Pune has on 8th May 2023 directed the Finance Company not to confirm the sale for a period of two weeks. Since this order is passed by the Debts Recovery Tribunal, a remedy of filing an appeal is available. 3.

To grant one opportunity to the petitioners, stand over to 18th November 2024.
