After I expressed my mind to Mr. Tangsali that I am inclined to dismiss the present Writ Petition and uphold the order dated 22.11.2023 passed below Exhibit "37" appended at Exhibit 'D' - page No.43 of the Writ Petition, he would persuade me not to pass any order on merits and allow the Petitioners to withdraw the Writ Petition and keep all their rights expressly open to be agitated in the pending Suit proceedings before the Trial Court.
