Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that this petition would also stand covered by our judgment and order passed today in the companion petition filed by the petitioner (Writ Petition No.7703 of 2024) in respect of the assessment year 2017-18. The petition would accordingly succeed in terms of such order. It is accordingly allowed in terms of prayer clause (d) which reads thus:- "d.

To issue writ of Mandamus or direction or order in the nature of Mandamus or writ of Certiorari or any other writ under Article 226 of the Constitution of India declaring that the consequent notice dated 13/04/2023 issued u/s. 148 being "Exhibit I" as invalid."
