By the present Writ Petition, the Petitioner is essentially seeking execution of the Award dated 14 June 2000. For the said purpose, the Petitioner will have to initiate appropriate execution proceedings in accordance with law.

A Writ Petition seeking execution of an Award passed by the Industrial Court need not be entertained. The Petition is accordingly disposed of, with liberty to the Petitioner to file appropriate proceedings for execution of the Award, in accordance with law.
