The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner is under a threat of termination on account of his appointment having not been approved.

In view of the law laid down by the Full Bench of this Court in St. Ulai High School and Another vs. Devendraprasad Jagannath Singh and Another, 2007 (1) Mh.L.J. 597, the services of an employee need not be terminated for lack of approval. Hence, we direct the employer not to terminate the Petitioner only for the reason that he does not have an approval.
