By this petition, the challenge is to the order of Maharashtra Real Estate Appellate Tribunal, Mumbai dismissing the application seeking restoration of Appeal, on the ground of delay. Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that if the extension of period of limitation by the Apex Court in Suo Moto Petition No.3 of 2020 is considered, the delay would be only of 57 days and the same has been properly accounted for. He submits that the Petitioner has received the show cause notice for execution of the order of Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority and hence this petition has been circulated urgently.
