The Bank of Baroda and the IDBI Bank have not filed their affidavits in reply/additional affidavits in reply, in these matters.

Since we are taking up identical matters together to ensure that all the Banks get an opportunity of addressing the Court in all these matters, which are already part-heard (Writ Petition No.8680 of 2024), we grant permission to the Bank of Baroda, the IDBI Bank and the Canara Bank, to enter their affidavits in reply/additional affidavits in reply, until 19th December, 2024. 3.
Considering the conspectus of the matters, we appreciate the request of the parties for leave to tender bullet points. Let such bullet points be entered, until 10th January, 2025.

Any party desirous of filing a rejoinder affidavit, would do so on or before 20th December, 2024.
