The learned counsel for the Petitioner has relied upon the decision in the case of Shital Kumar Patil Vs. State of Maharashtra and Ors. in Writ Petition No. 4273 of 2019 along with Writ Petition No. 4275 of 2019 . The learned AGP seeks time to take instructions. 2.

The Petitioner will give notice to Respondent Nos. 4 and 5 and file affidavit of service. Copy of this order be annexed to the notice. If none appears on behalf of Respondent Nos. 4 and 5 on the next date pursuant to notice, it would be presumed that they are supporting the case of the Petitioner and necessary order will be passed.
