According to the petitioner, he is neither borrower nor guarantor. Therefore, if he has any objection in relation to the attachment, proper remedy for the petitioner is to raise objection before the Special Recovery Officer under sub-rule (19) of Rule 107 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Rules, 1961. 2.

Hence, keeping said contention open to be agitated before the Special Recovery Officer, the writ petition stands disposed of. (AMIT BORKAR, J.)
