The petitioner is seeking direction to the respondents no.1State of Maharashtra & respondent no. 2- Malegaon Municipal Corporation to complete expeditiously the pending departmental enquiry which has been initiated against respondents no.3 & 4. 2.

In our opinion, such petition at the instance of the petitioner who claims to be a social worker is not tenable. It is open of the petitioner to adopt appropriate remedy available in law for the redressal of his grievance.

The petition is dismissed.
