The captioned Interim Application is filed seeking intervention by the Head Master in charge of the School, which is arrayed as Respondent No.5.

Learned Counsel for the Intervenor submits that an order in this Writ Petition would affect his own interest, and therefore, he needs to be heard personally and not just as a representative of the School. 3.

Considering the nature of the jurisdiction, the Intervention Application, which is already served on the Petitioner, is taken as a Reply from the Applicant and the Applicant is forthwith permitted to be added as a new Respondent No.5.

Liberty to carry out the amendment in the Registry by adding Respondent No.5. Re-verificiation is dispensed with. The Intervention Application will be treated as the say of Respondent No.5 in connection with the reliefs sought in the Writ Petition. The contents of such Reply by Respondent No.5 may be dealt with in a rejoinder by the Petitioner before the next date. The Interim Application seeking intervention is disposed of.

Stand over December 10, 2025 for Final Hearing. 6.
