The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on 01.10.1997 when the petitioner was first appointed, he had already qualification of M.A. B.P. Ed., in view of which it is claimed that the requirement of Schedule 'F' Note 5 of the ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL Maharashtra Employees of Private Schools (Conditions of Service) ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL Date: 2024.07.31 17:45:09 +0530 Regulation Act, 1977, stood satisfied, on account of which, on the date of appointment itself the petitioner stood included in Category 'C' and the seniority of the petitioner ought to have been Arun Sankpal

20-WP-9061-2024.doc calculated on that basis. The impugned order dated 01.06.2023 by the Education officer, calculated his seniority on the basis of the approval, which according to him is impermissible. 2.

Issue notice to the respondents for final disposal returnable on 26.8.2024. The learned AGP waives service of notice for respondent nos. 1 and 2.
