This is a disposed off Petition which is listed for ensuring compliance.

We find from our earlier orders that for every head of payments, the Management comes out with lesser calculations and pays lesser amounts. The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that now she is tired out, because of the conduct of this Management. Talwalkar

The learned Advocate for the Management has tendered an affidavit of compliance dated 8th May, 2025. Once again, after perusing the contents of the affidavit, the Petitioner has made an effort to indicate that lesser amounts are being paid. According to the Petitioner, if calculations are made as per the order of the Grievance Committee, the unpaid amount is Rs. 3,56,843/-.

List this Petition on 1st July, 2025, to be listed in the "urgent admission" category on the supplementary board. We are granting a longer date to let the Management deal with this matter with pragmatism and make proper calculations and clear of the dues. If on the next date we find that compliance is not being made sincerely or is visited by oblique motives, we may issue appropriate orders under the Contempt of Courts Act.
