Mr. Sangvikar states that he will file an appeal against the impugned order within 30 days from today. If such appeal is filed, the Appellate Authority must consider the fact that this Petition was instituted on 13 December 2021 and was pending in this Court upto this date for purposes of condonation of delay. The petitioner was bonafide, based on legal advise pursuing this petition.
