On the motion made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the description of respondent no.4 as "Assistant Registrar, Malegaon, Tal. Malegaon, Dist. Nashik" is permitted to be corrected as "Assistant Registrar, Niphad, Tal. Niphad, Dist. Nashik". The correction be carried out forthwith.

After the correction is carried out, in the order dated 21st August 2024, the word "Malegaon" appearing in paragraphs 1, 2(i) and 2(ii) shall be replaced by the word "Niphad". The correction be carried out and corrected order dated 21st August 2024 be uploaded. 3.

The entire exercise be carried out after the deficit Court fees are paid.
