The contention of the Petitioner is that the amount of leave encashment totalling Rs. 28,44,010/- has already been deposited by Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 with Respondent No. 4. 2.

The learned AGP points out that an affidavit in reply is filed on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 before issuance of notice, on 4th April, 2024. A hard copy is tendered across the bar from page No. 27. She submits that the statement made by the Petitioner is true. 3.

In view of the above, issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 5th May, 2025. This Petition would be listed in the Talwalkar
