Heard Mr. Patil, learned Advocate for Applicant in Interim Application; Petitioner in Writ Petition No.232 of 2016 and Respondent in Writ Petition No.10271 of 2024 and Mr. Nikam, learned Advocate for Respondent in Writ Petition No.10271 of 2024 and Respondent in Writ Petition No.232 of 2016.

Mr. Patil, learned Advocate for Petitioner in Writ Petition No.232 of 2016 informs the Court that Petitioner has expired in the interregnum during the pendency of the present Petition. 3.

Interim Application (St.) No.20035 of 2025 has been taken out by the Petitioner's legal heirs for bringing the legal heirs on record. The said Interim Application is not shown on today's Board. It is taken on Board forthwith.

Perused the Interim Application.

For the reasons stated in the Interim Application, Interim Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c) which read thus:- a) Therefore, present interim application may be allowed, and applicants may be permitted to be brought on record as legal heirs of Petitioner No.1.

b) Petitioner No. 1a to 1c may be allowed to amend the petition and may be permitted to add the present applicants as legal heirs of deceased Petitioner No.1 Shri. Yashwant Bhimrao Suryavanshi.

c) Delay in filing the present application may be condoned.

Amendment is permitted to be carried out by the Advocate for Applicant forthwith in the presence of the Court. Abatement, if any, is also set aside. Re-verification stands dispensed with. 7.

Copy of the amended cause title is directed to be given to the Advocate for other side within a period of one week from today. 8.

In view of the above, Interim Application is disposed of. 9.
