Pursuant to a mentioning made by Mr. Stayajeet Rajeshirke, the learned counsel for the petitioner, this matter appeared on board on 29th July 2025.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of a typographical error, a mistake has crept in the paragraph no.2 of the order dated 22nd July 2025 and the same may be directed to be corrected. 3.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the proposal for confirmation of appointment of the petitioner was with effect from 17th December 2015, whereas the same has been recorded in paragraph no.2 as 17th December 2023. In support of this submission, the learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn our attention to the prayer clause at paragraph 34(a) of the writ petition.

In view thereof, the date indicated in paragraph no. 2 as 17th December 2023 shall be corrected as 17th December 2015. 5.
