Petitioner was in service with respondent-Zilla Parishad. His Services came to be terminated. Petitioner, therefore, approached Labour Court. Petitioner succeeded before Labour Court. Labour Court directed reinstatement in service with back wages from 8th December 1988. Challenge to said order failed. It is informed that respondent-Zilla Parishad has not complied with said order. Insofar as payment of back wages is concerned, Petitioner's representation adn

Petitioner confines relief only to direction for deciding said representation.

In that view of matter, writ petition is disposed of with following direction:

(i) Respondent no.7 shall decide petitioner's representation dated 7th June 2023 on its own merits within a period of six weeks from date of receipt of this order.
