The only grievance made by the petitioner is for taking cognizance of the complaint dated 26/05/2023 made by the petitioner wherein it has been stated that the respondent nos. 4 and 5 in breach of permission granted for non-agricultural use of their land have violated the terms and conditions thereof.

Despite the fact that the said complaint was made on 26/05/2023, it is submitted that no further action has been taken. The petitioner seeks such action under section 45 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966. 3.

In view of the aforesaid, the following directions are issued. (a) The respondent no. 2 shall consider the petitioner's complaint dated 26/05/2023. He shall grant an opportunity of akn

(b) Necessary steps in this regard for deciding the said complaint be taken within a period of 3 months from the receipt of the copy of this order.

(c) Needless to state that any party aggrieved by the decision taken is free to adopt appropriate legal course. 4.
