According to the petitioner, the order of the attachment and sealing of property is in respect of goods stored in CTS No.4075/99/A, Mahavir Nagar, Pandharpur. However, the bailiff while executing the order of attachment has attached the immovable property. Hence, issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 3 September 2024.
