The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner is in service and is discharging her duties. On account of lack of approval, she is under a threat of termination. 4.

Until further orders, keeping in view the law laid down by the Full Bench of this Court in St. Ulai High School and Another vs. Devendraprasad Jagannath Singh and Another, 2007 (1) Mh.L.J. 597, the Petitioner will not be terminated only for the reason that she does not have an approval.
