The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to amend to incorporate a prayer seeking certain directions against the Respondent- Management. The petition has come up on board at first instance. The Petitioner is permitted to amend the petition for the above purpose with necessary prayers and pleadings. Amendment to be carried out before the next date. 2.

The Petitioner will serve Respondent Nos.6 and 7 and file affidavit of service.
