1. Called out for speaking to the minutes of order dated 14 January 2025.

2. In the said order, in paragraph 1, 9th line "on the bank guarantee of Rs.2199 Crores" be deleted and be substituted by "on a format on a bank Guarantee in an agreement with entire consideration of Rs.2199 Crores".

3. In paragraph 3, 8th line after the amount of "Rs.10,00,000/- the following words be added "along with a penalty of Rs.80,000/-".

4. In paragraph 4 clause (I) of the operative order the amount of penalty "Rs.80,00,000/-" be deleted and be substituted by "80,000"/-.
