This Petition has been filed in the context of a notice dated November 28, 2024 scheduling distribution of property in Execution Proceedings scheduled for January 2, 2025 and January 3, 2025. 2.

Without getting into the merits of the case, purely as a pro tem measure to enable the parties to agitate their respective contentions before the Regular Bench, the activity scheduled for January 2, 2025 and January 3, 2025 is stood over to January 9, 2025 and January 10, 2025 with no other modification being made. The Petitioner is given liberty to mention the December 26, 2024 Shraddha
