Impugned order is passed by the Grievance Committee of the University Tribunal. Prima facie reading the order it is seen that no reasons have been ascribed by the Competent Authority while rejecting the Grievance Application of the Petitioner. 3.

I am informed that Respondent No.1 is represented by Advocate. Advocate for Respondent No.1 is directed to remain present on the next adjourned date to enable the Court to consider the grievance of the Petitioner against the impugned order. 4.

In the meanwhile, ad-interim relief to continue until disposal of the Writ Petition.
