The employer as well as the employee have approached this Court, challenging an award dated 21.04.2023, passed by the Labour Court at Pune, whereby the reference has been partly answered in favour of the employee.

Issue notice in both the petitions. In Writ Petition No.11337 of 2023, Mr. Fatangare, learned counsel waives notice on behalf of the sole respondent-employee. In Writ Petition No.11841 of 2024, Mr.Joshi, learned counsel waives notice on behalf of the respondentemployer. 3.

Copies of the petitions shall be served upon each other by the learned counsel representing the employer as well as the employee. 4.

The petitions shall now be listed for further consideration on 23.01.2026, High on Board.
