Heard Mr Raichandani, learned counsel for the by SHEPHALI SANJAY MORMARE Date: 2025.06.25 10:59:36 +0530 Petitioner. He states that all the Respondents have been duly served in this matter.

Since, there was no counsel appearing on behalf of Respondents Nos. 1, 3, 4, 5 and 6, we requested Mr Karan Adik, who normally appears for the CGST authorities to appear in this matter and obtain instructions. Mr Adik with Ms Sangeeta Yadav accordingly appeared on behalf of these 24th June 2025

11-ASWP-11928-2024.DOC Respondents. Similarly, Mr Deolekar, learned AGP had agreed to appear on behalf of the 2nd Respondent.

Prima facie, we think that this is a matter that has to be worked out. Mr Raichandani submits that none of the Respondents dispute that refund is due to the Petitioner. However, the Respondents point out to some technical or systematic glitches based upon which the refund, though due, is withheld.

Learned counsel for the Respondents seek time to ascertain the facts and respond to the allegations made in the Petition. Still, we think that the Respondents must examine the matter and see whether the same can be sorted out at the earliest.

Accordingly, we post this mater for further consideration on 7th July 2025.
