1) Registry has placed papers in the Petitions seeking clarification. It is reported that order passed in the Petitions on 5 March 2025 has been uploaded on the High Court website on 27 1 of
Megha spk wp_12043_2024.docx March 2025. However, the original signed order dated 5 March 2025 is not available on record. It is also reported that the Personal Assistant has erroneously placed in records of the present case, signed order, which was supposed to be passed in another matter on 5 March 2025. If signed order dated 5 March 2025 was not available, how the same was uploaded on 27 March 2025 is perplexing.
2) After perusal of the order uploaded on the website on 27 March 2025, it is also seen that the same is full of typographical errors. In that view of the matter, the uploaded order needs to be corrected and the same also needs to be signed and kept in records of the Petitions.
3) The uploaded order on 27 March 2025 be accordingly corrected as under:- (i) In the cause title, 'Interim Application No.11880 of 2024' be added.
(ii) In the appearance part, name of Advocate 'Mr. Anum Kini' be corrected to read as 'Mr. Aum Kini'. (iii) The word 'send' appearing in line No.5 of paragraph No.2 be replaced by word 'sent'.
(iv) The word 'of' appearing in line No.8 of paragraph-2 between the words 'partition' and 'chart' be deleted. (v) In the first and fourth line of fourth paragraph the word 'Application' be replaced with the word 'Applications'. (vi) In the fourth line of fourth paragraph the word 'come' be replaced by the word 'came'.
(vii) At the end of the paragraph-4, the order dated 28 August 2024 be reproduced.

Megha spk wp_12043_2024.docx (viii) In the first line of fifth paragraph, the word 'Application' be replaced with the word 'Applications'. (ix) In the seventh line of paragraph-5, the words 'withdrawn on' be replaced with the words 'redressed in'.
(x) In the second last line of fifth paragraph, the word 'Petition' be read as 'Petitions'.
(xi) In the second line of paragraph-5(iii), the word 'Tehsilar' be replaced by the word 'Tehsildar'. (xii) In the third line of paragraph-5(v), the word 'on' be replaced by the word 'by'.
(xiii) Paragraph-9 be added in the order dated 5 March 2025 as under:- 9.
With disposal of the Petitions nothing would survive in the Interim Application Nos.11955 of 2024 and 11880 of 2024, which also stand disposed of.
4) The erroneous order dated 5 March 2025 uploaded in Interim Application No.11955 of 2024 on 6 March 2025 be removed from the records of the case and corrected copy of the order dated 5 March 2025 be uploaded in the said Interim Application. 5) The corrected order dated 5 March 2025 is signed and kept in records of the Petitions.
