The learned Advocates for the Petitioners jointly submit that there is no dispute that the Petitioners' were earlier protected by this Court in earlier proceedings vide an Interim Order dated 07/06/2023. The said protection has lost its efficacy, in view of the fact that the earlier inter-district transfers, which are the subject matter of these Petitions, were with regard to the 2021 transfers in pursuance of the GR dated 07/04/2021. The said transfer exercise is now concluded. Presently, the Petitioners would be governed by the recent policy of the State Government and all these Petitions are, therefore, rendered infructuous. 2.
The Zilla Parishad has tendered a detailed affidavit-in-reply with documents, in five matters. Shri Sakhadeo, the learned Advocate
submits that the stand of the Zilla Parishad is identical in all these matters. The said affidavit may be considered as its reply in all the matters. It is in the said affidavit-in-reply that the Zilla Parishad has stated that though by way of principle, the Intra-District Policy is continued till this date, a fresh policy is devised and these Petitioners would now be covered by the fresh policy as and when the 2024 policy will be applied.

In view of the above, as these Petitions are rendered infructuous, all these Writ Petitions stand disposed off. Pending Interim Applications, if any, would not survive and stand disposed off. (ASHWIN D. BHOBE, J.) (RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J.)
