P.C.:- 1) It is the precise grievance of the Petitioner that, the Order passed by the Additional Collector, Kolhapur (Exh-T) is not being implemented by the Respondent Nos.3 and 4 i.e. Sub-Divisional Officer and Tahaildar, Hatkanagle, District Kolhapur.

2) In view thereof, we direct the Respondent No.2 i.e. the Collector to file his detailed reply to the Petition, within a period of three weeks from today.

2.1) The Respondent No.2 shall not delegate his/her powers to any sub-ordinate Officer while filing the reply.

3) Stand over to 7th April, 2025.
