A proposal seeking approval dated 7th June, 2022 is still pending before Respondent No. 3, for adjudication. 2.

We could have initiated action under section 10 of the Maharashtra Government Servants Regulation of Transfers and Prevention of Delay in Discharge of Official Duties Act, 2005. However, we are granting one last opportunity to Respondent No. 3 to deal with the proposal by following the procedure laid down in law in strict compliance of the provisions and the policies applicable, within 60 days Talwalkar

8.WP13239.2024.odt from today. If deficiencies have not been pointed out, Respondent No. 3 would point out the deficiencies in one stroke, on or before 10th January, 2025. If raised, the Management would be called upon to cure the deficiencies. Pending curing of deficiencies, the proposal shall not be rejected.
