At the outset, learned counsel appearing for the Applicant seeks permission to convert Civil Revision Application into Writ Petition as challenge is against the interlocutory order. Leave granted. Amendment to be carried out within 3 weeks.

The grievance of the Applicant is that the Appellate Bench of Small Causes Court has directed to deposit amount of Rs.50,000/- whereas amount which was being paid by the Applicant in respect of other tenants is Rs.18,000/-.

Let additional affidavit be placed by the Applicant on record annexing the relevant documents to demonstrate the rent amount which is being paid by the Applicant in respect of other similarly situated tenants within a period of one week. 4.
