The learned Advocate for the Petitioner relies upon the SUNNY ANKUSHRAO THOTE Judgment of this Court in the case of Mone Rashmi Shriram V/s. State of Maharashtra and Others, 2017 SCC OnLine Bom 729. 2.

The learned AGP submits that if the Petitioner tenders a representation, the same can be considered to the extent of verification of the records and if his case falls within the ambit of the Judgment of this Court in the case of Mone Rashmi Shriram (supra), an appropriate order would be passed. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off. 4.

After the Petitioner lodges the representation with Respondent No.3, the said Authority would verify the records and if he finds that the case of the Petitioner is covered by the Judgment in the case of Mone Rashmi Shriram (supra), an appropriate order shall be passed. Let this exercise be completed within 60 days from the date of the filing of the representation.
