It is submitted, on instructions from Mr. Sachin Jagtap, Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Solapur, that the proposal dated 6th January, 2022 pertaining to the grant of approval to the Petitioner's appointment, would be decided within one week. The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that although there has been a long delay, the Petitioner has crossed the age of 40 years and has been working since 2017, the Petitioner is satisfied that though belatedly, the Education Officer desires to pass an order within one week. In view of the above, let the Education Officer Mr. Sachin Jagtap decide the pending proposal of the Petitioner on or before 21st July, 2025 on its own merits and by assigning reasons. The decision be communicated to the Management on its email within five days from the date of the decision. 4.

In the event the Petitioner's appointment is approved, steps for grant of Shalarth ID shall be initiated by the appropriate Authorities. In the event it is rejected, the Petitioner would be at liberty to avail of a remedy as is permissible in law. 5.
