We have perused the Government Resolution dated 8th April, 2015, which obliges the Government to give 100% grant to all those Swayam Sevi Sanstan, falling in the 'A' Category, who operate the 123 Special Schools and Karmashala that cater to the needs of the special students (disabled students). Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 10th December, 2024. The learned AGP waives service of notice on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 to 3.

Considering the issue involved, we are listing this Writ Petition in the fresh admissions category.

We direct the State to enter a specific affidavit in reply, as to why such funds are not being released for operating such Special Schools.
