The learned Advocates for the appearing parties submit that these Petitioners and the Zilla Parishads are squarely covered by the directions set out in our Order dated 5th May, 2025 delivered in Writ Petition No.18812/2024 and the subsequent Order dated 10th June, 2025 by which the Petition was disposed off, considering the compliance made. They further submit that these Petitioners being squarely covered by the Order dated 5th May, 2025 the follow up action should be taken by the Palghar Zilla Parishad expeditiously and preferably within a period of 30 days 2.
