Having perused the prayers and heard the learned Advocate for the Petitioners, we were not inclined to entertain this Petition, since a grievance of October, 2016 was raised by filing this Petition in February, 2023. However, considering the statement that he makes on instructions that the Petitioners would not claim actual monetary benefits beyond 3 years from the date of the filing of the Petition, we are issuing notice in this matter. For clarity, we would entertain this Petition only to the extent of setting right the record pertaining to the Petitioners's service and for Talwalkar

Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 21st January, 2025. The learned AGP waives service of notice on behalf of all the Respondents.

All office objections, if any, to be removed on or before 18th December, 2024, failing which, the Petition would stand dismissed without reference to the Court, on 19th December, 2024. 4.

Subject to the above, let affidavit in reply to be filed at least ten days prior to the returnable date.
