An advertisement was published in an unknown newspaper by name Saptahik "Times of Vinayak" (weekly). The Education Officer has rejected the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the Petitioners under such an advertisement.

We direct the Petitioner No. 2 Management to produce the original record and proceedings pertaining to the selection process that was set into motion by the advertisement in the weekly "Times of Talwalkar

28.WP17091.2024.odt Vinayak" dated 15th May, 2018, within 15 days from today. Only after producing the original record and proceedings, we would proceed to deal with the prayers of the Petitioners.

List this Petition in the "fresh admission" category on 6th January, 2025.
