The proposal with regard to seeking approval to the appointment of the Petitioner is said to be pending from 21st July, 2017. As usual, an enlarged cutting of the advertisement is placed on record which suppresses the name of the newspaper in which the advertisement is published. This is a usual feature in every such case. 2.
Since the proposal is pending, we direct Respondent No. 1 to deal with the said proposal by following the due procedure laid down in law and by carrying out a meticulous verification exercise, including a scrutiny of the advertisement published in a newspaper, in the light of Talwalkar
912.WP17424.2024.odt the recent view taken by this Court vide Judgment dated 29th November, 2024 in Writ Petition No. 16128 of 2024 (Smt. Pooja Yogesh Singh v/s. State of Maharashtra and others). All the stakeholders be given an opportunity to put forth their cause. If the proposal is granted, the Management would forward the further proposal for grant of Shalarth I.D. If the proposal is rejected, the aggrieved party is at liberty to avail of such a remedy as is permissible in law.
