This motion for speaking to the minutes is moved for clarification as to the amount of income considered by this Court for the purpose of calculation of compensation. There is no dispute made by the counsels on behalf of the both sides to the fact that this Court initially had expressed it's opinion about considering notional income of Rs. 15,000/- deduction with personal expenses however after hearing both sides it was decided to consider the said amount at Rs. 8,000/- without any deduction hence the said clarification is necessary similarly in paragraph no. 10 in serial no. 1 instead of Rs. 8,000/- inadvertently amount is typed as Rs. 80,000/-. 2.

Hence the same deserves correction.
